If you’re based in Bangalore, we recommend visiting our store to take your measurements for a more accurate fit. If you're not from Bangalore, we’ll schedule an online video call to guide you through taking measurements.

Depending on your location, we will take 3-10 working days to deliver your order. Once the order is dispatched, we will notify you regarding the same.

We offer minor alterations at no extra cost if an appointment is scheduled within 3 days of receiving your product. This ensures that any fine adjustments needed for a perfect fit are handled promptly.

For major alterations, additional charges will apply based on the complexity and amount of work involved. The designer will provide a cost estimate after reviewing the required changes.

Please note that the pick-up and drop-off charges for alterations are the responsibility of the customer. We aim to ensure a flawless fit and will work closely with you to achieve it.
