After a technical career and years of honing my design skills through part-time classes, I turned my passion into a thriving business. What began with small, part-time orders has blossomed into my own boutique studio in Central Bangalore.

My designs have been bringing joy to customers since 2015, first through my previous venture, Arethy - The Couture House, and now with my label.

Order Delivery Process for Customised Orders
At Mansa Chandra Label, we ensure a personalized and seamless order delivery process for every client, ensuring that each piece is tailored perfectly to your needs. Here's how it works:
1. Design Finalization & Measurements:
Once your custom design is finalized, we will take detailed body measurements. For first-time clients, we highly recommend visiting our designer boutique in Central Bangalore for precise in-person measurements. Alternatively, we can also guide you through the process online via a video call if you're unable to visit the store. This ensures that we have the exact measurements needed for a flawless fit.
2. Advance Payment:
To begin work on your custom order, we require a 50% advance payment. This allows us to proceed with sourcing materials and starting the design process.
3. Delivery Timeline:
Depending on the complexity of the design, delivery times will vary. Regular designs may take 2 days-4 weeks, while more intricate bridal orders or heavily embroidered pieces can take 2-4 weeks or longer. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time during the consultation.
4. Trial Fitting:
For bridal orders, a trial fitting is mandatory to ensure every detail is perfect. You will be invited back to the store to try on the outfit. Any necessary adjustments will be made after the trial.
For regular orders, a trial is optional but highly recommended to ensure the best fit. You can choose to schedule a trial fitting, or we can deliver the piece directly to you after the initial fitting process.
5. Final Adjustments & Collection/Shipping:
Once any final adjustments are made post-trial, your order will be ready for pickup or delivery. You can collect the order from our store or, if preferred, we can ship it to your desired address. For national and international clients, we offer secure shipping with tracking, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
Throughout the process, we keep you updated on the progress of your order, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. Should you need any further adjustments post-delivery, our team is always available to assist.
